The garage building in the Bergs Bazaar dates back to the 1930s and now has been converted into an art gallery. The building serves as an interesting evidence of the past, an original accent within the urban surroundings, and Bergs' family has supported the idea about its preservation since the very beginning of reconstruction of the Bazaar.
