This dwelling house was relocated from Baznīcas street 18, where it was meant to be destroyed. The house is an outstanding monument of classicism architecture of Riga city centre of the middle of the 19th century. The wooden house is a precious gain for Ķīpsala ensemble and at the same time a loss for Baznīcas street architectural composition. The volume of the building was renovated in its original composition without brick wall sections and secondary layers. More…
