The Red House is the final volume on the North side of the Gypsum Factory ensemble. The building occupies the whole block on Ģipša street and also stretches around the corners on Ogļu street and Balasta dam. The oval roof structures make the vertical stress of the composition and repeat the glass tower motif used in the first phase of Gypsum Factory reconstruction project. The motif this time is developed as huge glass pavilions placed on the terrace roofs of the solid brick structure offering magnificent views to Ķīpsala green neighborhood, the river and the Old City.

The project unites four flats in one two-level exclusive loft which is widely open to the spectacular scenery through extensive window planes and the surrounding terraces. The interior code – minimalism, the quality of execution – close to perfection.
